PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“LICENSE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING RockYourShop SOFTWARE. BY USING RockYourShop , YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT PURCHASE THE SOFTWARE.

Our commitment is to offer you effective tools to grow your business. This Refund Policy governs the circumstances under which refunds can be provided to our customers.
Overview
At RockYourShop, we provide our customers with a FREE demo plan, allowing up to 20-40 unique visitors to ensure our services meet your needs before making a purchase. We encourage our customers to fully utilize these opportunities to evaluate our services.
Refund Eligibility
Due to our business model as resellers and the upfront costs associated with the traffic we provide (payouts we make for webmasters in our network), we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made beyond the demo. This policy is in place because:
- We incur immediate costs to deliver the promised traffic to your online store.
- Our services involve real-time consumption of resources which, once utilized, cannot be reclaimed or reused.
Cancelation process
We provide a self-served cancelation process. You can cancel your plan at any time without any additional fees and questions by clicking"Cancel" button on your current plan at billing page in your customer panel. In case of late cancelation (within 72 hours from last billing cycle), we'll refund 90% of the last payment.
Exceptional Circumstances
All purchases made after the completion of the demo are final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. Under these rare conditions, the decision to provide a refund will be at the sole discretion of RockYourShop:
- If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Provide a detailed explanation of your case along with any evidence to support your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and communicate our decision within a reasonable timeframe. The review process may include verification of the services rendered and assessment of the unique circumstances presented in your request.
